How to reach Shopify helpdesk with a verified account?

I am new at shopify. I have a question for the helpdesk, but everytime i click to contact. The system keeps saying that my account information is not complete, but it is complete and verivate ... So I am staying in the same loop! Does any one have a solution...? Thank You all.
