How to reduce padding of Ymq widget and variant picker

Hi everyone! Can someone please help me with some padding issues?

1. How do I remove the padding underneath the variant picker?

 

2. I'm using the free Ymq widget (Ymq Product Options & Variants) but for some reason the padding underneath the text box is super big. How do I remove the padding underneath the text box?
