How to remove a product and lift payout hold on my online store?

I have a Nike product on my store but don’t have docs to prove I can resell them, how do I take them off and get the payout hold taken off asap?

With regards to removing products from your store, please review this help document that will walk you through doing this. 

In regards to lifting the hold on your payouts, we always refer you to the red banner in your admin for instructions on how to do this. If you are not seeing this, you can also check your email for any direct correspondence from us for further instructions as well.
