How To Remove Brand Name after the Page Title?

Hi

My webpages currently have an SEO page name of 'Twin Flame Drawing | Brand name'

However, I did not include the '| brand name' on the SEO or page title.

I've input the below code into theme.liquid which has helped some people but my issue still remains?

it had previously been commented out but I'm not sure why.

 <title>{% if template contains "index" %}{{ page_title }}{% else %}{{ page_title }}{% if current_tags %} {{ 'general.meta.tagged_html' | t: tags: meta_tags }}{% endif %}{% if current_page != 1 %} {{ 'general.meta.page' | t: page_number: current_page }}{% endif %}{% endif %}</title>

This is an accepted solution.

Found the issue - it was SEO booster app - it was overriding the title/SEO title and meta descriptions. took out the booster code from my liquid file and is now fixed.

Hi @curiouschange

Please share your store url as this seems to be a simple fix and you do not need any coding for this ?

Thanks

Hi @curiouschange

Are you referring to the below:

ES1_0-1729095490483.png

Twin Flame Drawing and Reading | Soulmate Drawing

This soulmate drawing comes from your store name. There are 2 places where it could be coming from:

1. Settings --> General --> Store Details

2. Online Store --> Preferences --> Homepage Title

You can edit at these places and make it as how you would want.

Thanks

Hi,

I'm not changing my store settings, its the code that needs changing.
