How to remove empty white space in my add to cart page? Dawn Theme

Hello everyone!
Im trying to remove the blank space (which is not clickable) between my header and my "Your Cart Is Empty Continue Shopping" section to no avail, It looks fine when i have an item on my cart but not when i have none, here are pictures, this is on Dawn theme:

Hi @TheTeeSis ,

You can add code by following these steps

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
   2. Open your theme.liquid file
2. Paste the below code before </body> on theme.liquid

<style>
cart-items.gradient.color-scheme-4.isolate.is-empty .page-width {
    padding: 63px 16px;
}
</style>
