How to replace price with "SOLD OUT" on collection page

I am looking to replace the price of an out-of-stock product with the word sold out. So instead of it showing the original price, it is hidden and replaced with red letters sold out. Here is the exact example of what I want to do. Hope someone can help, and thank you in advance!
