How to resolve bundle kit issues with international orders?

KITS 

I use bundle app to create kits.  When a customer makes an order - it works like this...
* Kit Name is automatically fulfilled leaving only the components.

* The components of the kit are fulfilled and the shipping and packing list are sent to our fulfillment center. 

 

My fulfillment center cannot keep track of kits - so it's important we only send them the items they need to pull and pack. 

RECENT ISSUE INTERNATIONALLY

All of a sudden, my international orders are fulfilling the kit name as it should - but not leaving behind the components that "actually" need fulfilled.  It has created a nightmare for us as we have no way to edit it and are having to create labels in another program where we can't even associate the tracking number with the order. 

Anyone have a kit app that might fix this?
