How to resolve delayed account verification on an e-commerce platform?

Hey Shopify Community! Need your help here. Been a Shopify user for 4+ years, already made thousands of dollars with Shopify without any issues. However, my account verification process has hit a snag. Submitted all required docs over a week ago, but no updates yet. Wondering if anyone has tips or has been in a similar situation?
