Hi,
I tried responding to a ticket but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Instead, I only received the chat transcript from the support team. My store appears to be offline, and I urgently need it up and running for a demo.
Could someone assist me with this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You can respond to that transcript email and it should be fine.
