How to set a maximum dollar limit for a discount code?

Is there a way to set a MAXIMUM dollar amount for a discount code?
There is a button for a MINIMUM but not one for MAXIMUM. 
We offer a 10% discount code on cards that we put in our customer's orders. 
Below is a summary of what is set up:
