How to set up 2 tax structures

Hi, 

We have an online store in Ghana and currently deliver only to Ghana customers. 

Our prices are already all taxes included but we have 4 types of taxes / levies (i.e. VAT, GETFL, NHIL, COVID). Currently customers seeing total taxes in a separate line in their order confirmation. However I want to segregate these taxes under 2 structures (i.e. VAT and other levies). This would help me in mapping these in my backend ERP. 

Can I do this in Shopify for Ghana?
