How to Setup Email Address for Customer Support vs. Store Email Address that syncs w/Shopify Inbox

Hello Shopify,

    Our business has been running into a roadblock with this task -- here's the situation:


We've updated our sender email address so when we send customers anything to do with their order, the email address for them to respond to will be support@ ;  however, our username for our Shopify account is connect @,  which is where we receive all of our newsletters, marketing, new orders, etc, that come from Shopify and not our customers. Lastly, we signed up for Shopify Inbox and we wanted all of our notifications and emails to correspond with support @,  however (and THIS is our issue we're trying to solve), unless we change our Shopify account email login to support, the notifications for Shopify Inbox go to connect @ instead of support @. Is there a way to solve this? 

To re-iterate, our goals: 
1) Have all of Shopify's promotional emails, newsletters, our store orders, etc, go to connect @
2) Have all of our customers chats, emails and our own personal notification emails list as support @

After taking a closer look, it seems this feature with Shopify inbox is not currently available. Notifications and emails are sent to the Account Owner email address. As I can completely understand the impact, I will be sure to pass this feedback along to our Developers. We're always looking for way to improve the platform and appreciate this suggestion!
