How to show REG price (Compare at price) in cart

I have had a few customers confused on my sale – this is because my REG PRICE (Compare at price) is not showing in my cart? I have the compare-at-price set which is seen on the product page, but I need the reg price (crossed out) showing in cart as well. How can I get this showing?

So then they can see the savings – also the TOTAL SAVINGS at checkout should be based on the Reg price – which it is not.
