Dear All,
We have an issue with the way the payment option (iDeal) shows up in the refund email to customers.
I would love to hear your thoughts on how to show the iDeal payment option, instead of 'unknown' in the Order refund mail (the customer notification). I have added the code as csv in the attachment.
It doesn't allow pictures, so here is a copy of the bottom of the mail:

unknown (ends at 4054) | €X |
Refund | - €X |
My shop and the mail is in Dutch, so I hope I use the correct terms in English.
