How to show the iDeal in the customer notification mail? For the Order Refund (reimbursement) mail

Dear All,

We have an issue with the way the payment option (iDeal) shows up in the refund email to customers.
I would love to hear your thoughts on how to show the iDeal payment option, instead of 'unknown' in the Order refund mail (the customer notification). I have added the code as csv in the attachment.

It doesn't allow pictures, so here is a copy of the bottom of the mail: 

Total	€X EUR
Total payed	€X EUR

unknown (ends at 4054)	€X
Refund Unknown	- €X

My shop and the mail is in Dutch, so I hope I use the correct terms in English.
