How to speak with our Shopify Account Manager

Hello, We would like to set up a meeting with our Shopify Account Manager to go over Shopify features and how to optimize our Shopify website. Is there a way to contact support and ask to speak to an agent that will walk us through website optimization and Shopify integration tools?

@g33kgirl linked the support contact page to you, but if you want to avoid any verification questions at the beginning of your interaction you can go to the log in aspect of the process to log in from your store credentials to make that aspect of the interactions smoother. Other than that though, this is the place.

Are you on the Shopify Plus plan or one of the other plans? Only stores on the Shopify Plus plan have an account manager. The best way to talk to someone for help if you aren't on Plus is to contact the support team from here.

We are a Shopify Plus Store.  We were assigned a Dedicated Merchant Success Manager on December 5th after posting here, but we just learned through outside channels that our Dedicated Merchant Success Manager was rifed last week.  How do we get assigned a new Dedicated Merchant Success Manager?
