How to split collection in two sections

I want to split my collection in two sections:

My product page (https://mumbojumbo.eus/collections/beer-packs) includes all the beers, both available ones and also the sold out items. I'd like to show first only the available ones and below this, have a section with all the "gone" items, so people still can see all the beers we have preciously made. I'm happy with the same style for both sections, or leaving the above one (available) as it is, and having a carousel below.

I managed to solve it, in any case, thank you!

Just in case someone finds it useful - I created two collections, one for available products and one for the sold out, based on inventory stock conditions. Then two featured collections on the page I want to show them.
