How to start a custom softball jersey company with full sublimation apparel?

I am interested in starting a custom softball jersey company, I am interested in doing jersyes, hoodies, leggings, joggers, shorts, possibly batting gloves and any other softball related items.  This is for adult softball, mens and womens.  Looking for a company to handle to production, I can handle all of the artwork
