How to start shopify site for indian customers

My customer need to sell Kids& Toys , Health & beauty through shopify. 

1).   Do I need to tell him to create an account in shopfy and share the login.

2).  He need to integrate Razorpay payment. Is this possible . or any other gateway for indian customers.

3).  Can I custamize each part of Dawn theme.

4). I tried to pay for Basic plan (₹20.00 INR), using UPI, but in Gpay it is Rs 5000/-  Autopay request.
