How to stop the banner image from resizing on Dawn?

Hey pro's,

Depending on the size of the monitor my banner image is changing shape and therefore placing text and button in incorrect locations. Is there a way to make the banner image sticky?

I guess what i want to do is remove "Dynamic Sizing" on the banner image.

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Customize.
2. Open your Image banner.
