All things Shopify and commerce
Hi
I am currently using Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books so want to keep using them for the moment.
I have Inventory items in Zoho Inv already fully set up.
I want to connect a Shopify store, but read everywhere I need to set up my items in Shopify first before linking to Inventory.
I am a bit confused - if I have SKUs: 123 and ABC already in Inventory, and I set up my Shopidy store with the same SKU's can I `link' then when I connect Shopify and Inventory.
Or do I have to remove ALL my inventory from Zoho Inv in order to sync.
I don't mind adding all the items to Shopify as well if they will then link and sync together to those already in Inventory matching SKUs.
If I can't how can I get it to work as I have already set up Inventory with my SKUs, stock etc.

Hi, @AussieGuy64.
Rio here from the Shopify Community Team. I'd be happy to assist you with this.
Firstly, if you want to import your products from Zoho, I would suggest exporting them from your current platform, then importing them via CSV to Shopify. This way all your product information will stay the same.
After that, you can sync your products to Zoho's business apps using an app like Skylio. This app will help synchronize your Shopify store to Zoho's CRM, Books, and Inventory. You can also reach out to their app development team for support on these features.
So as long as you can export your inventory and product details, then import to Shopify, you can sync with Zoho using an app and that should allow you to have an integrated system between Zoho and Shopify.

Hello Ernie,
You can use SKUPlugs integration platform to connect your Zoho Inventory and Shopify store. The system will sync the product details and inventory from Zoho to Shopify and once you receive an order in Shopify the system will submit that order in Zoho Inventory. It will keep your inventory up to date. As per your requirement, system check the product with SKU number first if exist then update the product otherwise system will create a new product.
