How to talk with a live person from Shopify for support? or even chat with a shopify support?

How in the world can I speak live or even chat with a support staff member? I click on 24/7 support but it just sends me to articles

1. Visit https://shopify.link/o71x

   

2. Click Log in. 

   

3. Enter your email address on the text box and click Continue with Email. 

   

4. Enter your password and click Log in. 

   

5. Enter your two-step authentication code and click Log in again. 

   

6. Select the relevant store. 

   

7. Select the appropriate topic of concern.  

   

8. Choose from the support options below the help articles.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t just pick up a phone and call someone.  If you are too busy to field phone calls, then you should be making enough money to hire more people or you just shouldn’t be in business.  There’s no sense in having to go through all the steps above to get a solution to a problem.
