How to test checkout?

My shop shows people reaching the cart stage, but then nothing seems to happen. I also have sales through rate, but the items did not get purchased. I would like to make sure everything is ok. How to do a checkout test?

Hey there @LadyReignmaker  I suggest simply using another device and Shopify account (preferably different IP address too) to place a test order on the store and see what happens afterwards.
