How to unlink a previous email & domain that is no longer in use?

I created a test site with an email address & domain.

Ended up creating another site and wanted to use the credentials, however because it has already been used, Shopify will not let me use these credentials.

The previous store has been deactivated already.

Any suggestions?

Change Email From Shopify Store:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users and Permissions.

In the Store owner section, click your name.

Click View account settings.

Log in to your account.

In the Details section, click Change email.

In the New email box, enter your new email address.

In the Password box, enter your current password.

Click Change email

Remove a third-party domain

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Domains.
In the Third-party domains section, select the domain that you want to remove.
Depending on which plan your account is on, do either of the following:
If your account is on the Basic Shopify plan, then click Remove.
If your account is on the Shopify Plan or higher, then click Manage > Remove.
Click Remove to confirm that you want to remove and disconnect this domain.
If you want to use the domain name again for your Shopify store after you remove it, then you can add it in your Shopify admin

Remove a Shopify-managed domain

If you no longer want a Shopify-managed domain associated with your Shopify store, then contact support to have it removed. After you remove or disconnect a Shopify-managed domain, you can't manage its settings using the Shopify admin.
