how to upgrade shopify plan to Grow

I am thinking of whether I should move from my current Shopify plan known as "upgrading Shopify from Basic to Grow" so that my business will expand. However, I would like to know your opinion first. The reasons behind this include; wanting to have access on better sales information through advanced reporting, pay low transaction cost so that I can save more money (at 2% now), and be allowed to increase the number of employees over time. Nevertheless, I would love hear your views if you switched:
Which practical benefits did you experience immediately after migrating from basic shopify package to grow package?
What problems do you think might arise when upgrading?
How do you reason paying $49 every month for your business? What can one do to make optimum use of the benefits provided by the Growth Plan?
What plans should I put in place for a seamless progression once I decide to upgrade my shopify plan from basic to Grow?
