Hox to change twitter icon to new one in minimal theme

Hi, I have a Minimal theme, and I would like to change the Twitter icon for my social link and social share buttons. How can I change it?

Please try to find 'social-sharing.liquid' file or any file named as 'social'. And replace twitter SVG with your new icon code.
