HS Code Description as Description of Content on international shipping issue is BACK again!

Here we go again with the same issue we had last year. It has just happened again today.  I was able to edit the description on the custom declaration page earlier but now it has been replaced with the long HS code description again! Can anyone confirm if the issue is back or is it just me? Thank you.
