HUGE filter size on mobile?

Hi, 

I am having trouble to understand why does my filter option look this big on some of my customer's phone?

it took up the entire screen, and they have to scroll down to see products.

is anyone having the same issue? I am using theme Dawn. 

And my customers are using ios 16/17 .

It did not show up on my phone, but from some of other customers, this is what they are seeing. please help!!!
