HUNDREDS of fraudulent $0 orders

Hi there,

With more than a dozen fraudulent orders today and hundreds and hundreds over the last year and a half, struggling not to switch away from Shopify. Isn't anybody doing anything about this?!?  4 real orders and maybe 300+ fake in the last 12 months. Not really inspiring.

Fake order after order for $0, hoping I'll ship them something. Obviously not going to. Suspect they are bots. Is Shopify doing anything to prevent this from happening? I see old comments, so I'm not the only one experiencing this.
