FROM CACHE - en_header

i am not able to uncheck "this is a physical product". getting server error

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the error message you have received. Looking into this, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser and attempt this action again. If the error still persists, you can then try this action on a separate browser - as for example, if you are using Safari, try this on Google Chrome.

i have even cleared the cache from browser and even used other browsers but this problem still persists and i am not able to work properly because of this issue , i need the solution as soon as possible
