I am experiencing an issue where I do not receive emails when a customer fills out the contact form. I have changed both the store email and the sender email to the address where the emails should be sent. I conducted a test by sending an email from my private email address to the store address to rule out issues with my email environment (the email was received successfully). Do you know what could be causing this problem?
Do you mean the mail support team of Google Workspace or the mail support team of shopify? What kind of test did you do to see what properties are missing? and what do you mean with properties like DNS records?
