I need urgent help from Shopify support. I am trying to get in touch with them but I don't know if they do not provide support to annual plan members? I tried Shopify support at least 100 times in a week so far to resolve this issue. but I got stuck in a loop where they are not letting me access the chat, email, or phone contact. I can only read the help articles. The worst way to treat the customers.
My carrier API was active before shifting my store to the annual basic plan. The carrier API comes free with the annual basic plan so I shifted to an annual plan so that I can avoid $20 per month charges for carrier API. however, the carrier API was deactivated after shifting to an annual plan.
I need to talk with Shopify support ASAP. can somebody help me?
