Hello, i am trying to add a payment method that doesn't need a business license, but in I live in Saudi Arabia so I can't use Shopify payments, I kept looking for ways for hours but couldn't find any solutions,

Is there a specific reason you don't want to register your business or get a business license? All businesses on Shopify are legal business entities and all reliable payment gateways will require some basic information about you and your business, along with proof of registration. This is to ensure that your business is legitimate and reliable for the payment gateway to support. 

As the store owner you do have the ability to accept payment outside of the Shopify platform or to use Cash on Delivery options for your customers instead.

also it cost around 2k sar and I don't have that much money laying around
