I am unable to edit the Featured products section of my Shopify store

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Shopify store. I am unable to edit the "Featured Products" section. Despite attempts to make changes, the section remains unchanged, and I haven't been able to update the products as intended.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

What’s happening exactly? Can you share a screenshot of the issue so far?

Is the product remaining the same even when selecting a different product?

If so, can you give it a try, but using a different theme? 

If that does not work, please contact us via our help center, so our developers can take a look at it.

After changing the product, the "save" option is not appearing

Is that happening with your current theme only or is this happening with other themes as well?

Have you tried using other themes? 

Please give it a try. If it's working with other fresh themes, it could be an issue with your current one. Otherwise, can be an issue with your admin instead. 

In the meantime, try to clean cookies and cache.

Thanks for your advice. But changing theme will change the theme of my online shop. And changing and customizing theme is very difficult.

Yep yep, I was asking to confirm whether the issue is with your current theme or, a general issue on your account.
