I am unable to purchase any plan due to unauthorization of UPI and debit card also . What can I do for this . How can I authorise UPI or card for billing because my free trial is expiring tomorrow. I have changed other UPI also . But not succeed

You mentioned that it was due to 'unauthorization of UPI' - are you seeing any specific error messages or issues when trying to set up UPI on your store?
