I believe I've been scammed, help getting my money back or investigate?

I made a payment through this and got a order confirmed. But have not received any update from the seller. Can you please investigate further ? 
Hope shopify grows with safety as a primary check.

Hi @Prakasha,

How long have you not received any update from the seller? I think you should contact them via any channel that can reach them. In case you got scammed, Shopify cannot recover your money for you as they do not operate businesses on behalf of our merchants on the platform. You should speak with your bank or credit card company and bring this to their attention. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
