Hi @sheeforshe,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, could you please share where the domain was purchased?

If this is a third-party domain, you will want to confirm that the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To learn more about this, you can check out our Connecting Third-Party Domains document as it touches on this further. These DNS Records include:

  • Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
  • If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
  • Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com

As it looks like those records are currently blank, you will want to make those adjustments and allow for 48 hours to pass. If you're unsure where to access those records, you can connect with your third-party domain provider. They will be able to provide further assistance with getting those updated.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
