All things Shopify and commerce
As of last week, every new product I uploaded to the site does not appear on the site after I moved it to "active" status.
There is only a button that shows a "preview" option, but there is no button that shows a "view" option, and this is even though the product is on "active".
What is even more strange - if I duplicate an old product, which already appears on the website and has the "view" option, the duplicated product *will* be displayed on the website.
Only when I create a new product, and not duplicate it, it is always on "preview" mode and not "view".
@YanivR13 Whenever you create new product just keep status "Active" and choose sales channel "Online Store" then your all products will shows on the online store. If you want to hide from the store just keep the status "Draft" and save still you can able to preview your product.
I can show you a product that is on "active" and the sales channels "Online Store" is showing, and still the product not showing on the store.
I'm having the exact same issue. Online product is set to "Active" with "Online Store" Sales channel included in multiple collections that are live on the store and can only see a buggy "Preview" of the product page. When trying to navigate to the product page url the link is broken and returns a 404.
Try to make the import again, after that put the products in collections and activate the sale channel
That worked for me.
Also after 2 imports that didnt worked out, the 3rd one i made it with an extension.
Succes !
I am having this issue too, I have tried to reload it but it is still stuck on preview. Has anyone managed to sort out this issue as I have not experienced this before.
Hi folks,
If this issue is persisting across multiple browsers please contact our support team directly. We can authenticate you on your store via live chat and see if we can replicate on our end.
