I've set up another trial account to use this forum but want to pause me account. In order for me to do this, I have to verify my email address - which I can't do.
Can someone help please

Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. In this case, you can get in touch with our live support by attempting to login to your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option I don't have an account - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor.

If you are unable to login to your Shopify store due to no longer having access to the admin email address, we will need to verify you as the store owner. With that being said, you can navigate to this URL and complete the forum here.
Once you successfully complete the forum, you should see the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor.

I am having the same issue. Your support is so convoluted. I need help.. I have been charged for over a year but can't access due to inactivity. Don't have access to email I signed up with
