I can't change my profile picture in shopify

This really isn't a big deal but it is starting to annoy me. I am trying to change my profile picture in shopify and it is not working. I am the only one who sees it, but I would still like to change it. It lets me upload a new profile pic, I see it and then click save. After that the screen just goes white and nothing happens. I have tried on my phone and computer and the same thing keeps happening.

Hello Moonwood ,

That is default shopify error because it shows error in network window when i am trying to save it. You need to contact direct shopify support.

It's https://en.gravatar.com/    I didn't even know I had account and the profile that I made 10 year ago was representing all my profiles.   old business name  and everything.  What a headache!
