What is that you feel wrong or what is the issue particularly. Is it design ,development or sales??
Hey, @thatmanintn , I know how discouraging it can feel, especially when you're hoping your store could turn things around. You're definitely not alone I've seen a lot of people get handed stores that look finished but are missing the key parts that actually drive traffic and sales.
I can't see the link to your store though but I can say that common issues usually include:
– No clear branding or offer
– Poor mobile design
– Slow site speed
– No optimized product descriptions or CTAs
– Missing trust signals (like reviews, policies, etc.)
If you drop your store link here (if allowed), I or others can give more specific feedback on what might be holding it back.
You haven’t wasted your effort it might just need some proper tweaks to start heading in the right direction. Hang in there, and I hope we can assist to get you back on track.
Hi @thatmanintn
Since I'm an SEO provider, I can do something for you to check this website from an SEO perspective:
When I search your website on Google, I notice one bizarre situation. You can see this attached screenshot below and know what I said here:
It is obvious to you that I am unable to find any page search results related to your website, which means that if your users were to search for your website on Google, they would find nothing. In this way, let me share with you some ideas which you can use directly and move something forward on your website:
1. Connect your website with Google Search Console. The advantage of doing so is to let your store be visible on Google, and it will be helpful to identify the current store situation and know what you can do next, as Google Search Console will provide you with lots of suggestions, which is good for your store SEO. You can check this guideline from Google to know how to get started in Google Search Console.
2. Begin to do store SEO. Usually, we recommend doing On-Page SEO initially and then consider doing some advanced SEO with some techniques to boost your sales. This is also a guideline from Google about how to get started with SEO, you can take some time to read and learn more about what you can do currently.
3. Submit a sitemap after connecting the store with Google Search Console. This is beneficial to let Google crawl the page contents and see more search results on Google. Since your web pages are not visible in Google Search at all, this will be very good for your visitors to know more details after you settle it down properly.
SEO takes time and needs enough patience, especially when you start or would like to optimize your store presently. Please do not get frustrated and do something day by day, you will pay off after optimizing the store completely someday, I believe. Cheers!
