Do you currently have access to your Shopify admin?

Are you seeing any error messages on your end when trying to update your credit card from your end? Feel free to share a screenshot of any error messages you're seeing, and remember to conceal your credit card details and any other sensitive information on your screenshot!
Have you tried to access your store and change your credit card information via incognito mode or a private browser window? You can also try to clear your browser's cookies and cache, or by accessing your store through a different web browser altogether, or a completely different device to rule out any browser caching issues.
If all of those still don't work, you can get in touch with our live support team and we can help you investigate this further from our end. To do this, you'll need reach out to our team via our help centre here. Once you've logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist you further with this matter.

Can you let me know if you've gone through the local troubleshooting steps I shared in my previous reply on this thread, to see if that changes anything on your end?
If you have, but are still running into the same error message, you can go through the points below to check that your card meets the following requirements:
Please also note that credit cards are usually pre-enabled for international transactions in USD, but debit card and hybrid debit/credit cards usually need to have this feature enabled by your provider. So if your store is billed in USD and you aren't based in the US or aren't sure if your card accepts recurring international payments in USD, you can reach out to your card issuer to clarify and confirm.
