I cannot log back into one of my shopify stores. I do not have recover codes. How can I recover?

i have been trying tk log in and I cannot. i dont have twosteo authenticator. I dont have phone connected. i have acces to the email and the password of the store but I dont have the devices with the other two step authenticator methods I NEED URGENT HELP

To resolve this issue, you will need to reach out to our Support team directly so they can assist you. I understand that you are not able to log in, that's no problem, you can contact our Support without logging in and explain the situation in full. We are not able to provide account-specific support via the Community at this time, so contacting our Support team directly is the only way to help you gain access again. Our team will either be able to disable the two-step authentication process, so you can regain access without your phone number, or they will escalate the request to the appropriate team to get this situation resolved.
