I CANNOT LOGIN TO THE BACKEND OF MY SHOPIFY

I have tried to speak to a representative through chat and AI keeps repeating the same thing which has nothing to do with my problem. I have to be in touch with a HUMAN representative asap!!!!

Same. This is so frustrating. The chat bot loops me around in circles. Why can't we access a person???

Admin page is completely blank.
