I cannot proceed outstanding bill and my shop is frozen (Faith, Hope, Love)

I have a Citi Bank Debit Card and got information that it can't be processed even though there is money in my account. "Unable to resolve all outstanding invoices with selected payment method. Please try again or use a different payment account or method."


What can be a possible issue with the card? It is registered in Poland (Global Priority).


Should I transfer money to my PayPal account and "pay by email"? What are the solutions? And how to contact real humans I mean human technical support on Shopify? 😄
