I CANT CONNECT WITH SUPPORT MY STORE IS INACTIVE

I have all my payments up to date for my Shopify store, but my store is currently inactive. I've been trying to get help through the chat feature on Shopify's help website, but the chat robot keeps telling me that I need to sign in even though I already have. I can't seem to connect with an actual human representative and can't find a phone number or any other way to contact customer support. I've been trying to resolve this issue for a week now.  Do you know another way to get support?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Since we are unable to verify you as the store owner over the Community forums, you will need to reach out to our live support for further assistance.

 

With that being said, if you are unable to contact our live support by navigating to the Help Center and letting the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support. You will need to navigate to this URL and complete the form here

 

Once you successfully complete the form, you should see the options to speak with a Support Advisor directly about the situation.
