I cant install the Klarna app "Add On-Site Messaging" on my Shopify store

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Klarna app "Add On-Site Messaging" on my Shopify store, but I'm running into issues. I'm using the Prestige 10.5.1 theme, and despite following the installation instructions, it is not working as expected.

• I have installed and activated the Klarna app in Shopify.
• I have tried changing settings and placements in the theme but see no changes.
• Has anyone else using Prestige 10.5.1 managed to get Klarna "Add On-Site Messaging" to work? Is there anything specific in the theme that blocks it or requires additional adjustments?

I am getting this error message:

 

"App block" has not been added. There was a problem with the app block. Contact the app developer.

Have you tried reaching out to the app developer, without the url to your store, they are the best people who can see what is going on.
