I cant log in, I don't have recovery codes

I am trying to log in but it is asking me for recovery codes which I don't have access to anymore please help

If you've lost access to your Shopify recovery codes and can't log in, you'll need to contact Shopify Support directly for account recovery. They are the only ones who may assist with this issue. Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Shopify Support page: Shopify Support
2. Click on "Contact Support."
3. Log in or identify your store URL.
4. Explain the issue to the support agent.

That's the issue I cant log in. Right now I'm using a different account just to be able to ask the community on how to solve this matter and when I ask the support agent, it tells me to go to contact support at help center but its no help because it just inevitably ask me to log in, in order to identify which shopify account I need help on, but I cant log in so I'm just stuck in a loop. and theres no way to contact a live agent?

Thanks for your follow-up, @Gievari. 

When accessing the Shopify Help Center, could you try typing I can't log in into the chat box to the Help Center Assistant? From there, please select I still need help. You should be presented with options to connect with a Support Advisor.

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community.

As a last resort, are you able to check your download's folder on a desktop device? If you're able to locate this, check for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes” as this is the default file name that is given to the recovery codes.

If you're unable to track this file, I recommend following @azamgill suggestion of contacting support. When accessing the Shopify Help Center, you'll need to type your question in the chat box to the Help Center Assistant. From there, you should be able to connect with a Support Advisor to assist you.

I am facing the same issue please help shopify i dont have recovery code and i deleted my authentication app as well how to login back in ??????
