I CANT LOGIN BECAUSE I DONT HAVE PASSKEY OR RECOVERY CODES LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT. THIS IS A DIRE SITUATION AS I NEVER CREATED A PASSKEY OR RECIEVED RECOVERY CODES AND NOW I CANNOT LOGIN INTO MY WEBSITE. I HAVE TRIED REACHING OUT MANY TIMES AND THERE IS NO HELP. AS OF NOW MY ENTIRE WEBSITE IS INACTIVE BECAUSE OF THIS PLEASE HELP!!!

As you require the two-factor authentication feature to be disabled, you will want to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account-specific information through the Community.   • Scroll down until you see the option to chat with an advisor.
