I couldn't find the cutomer order session detail in the report

hi,

Does anyone have the same situation like me?

I got an order this morning and I was trying to get the customer's location/city/states,..etc so i pick "Add to cart" session in the report. "But somehow I couldn't see any add to cart session. The order was replaced around 5:58am this morning.
