Hello!
I recently deactivated my store that i havent kept up for long. It did not let me do so, but i thought everything was ok. took from my credit card 36 euros and i do not understand why. as soon as i saw the billing on the app i deactivated again my store and it seems to have worked. i was wondering if i could get a refund since i have previously tried to close and didnt work plus i deactivated it again and i didnt benefit from any of the money. thank you

Since this is a billing issue and in order to request for a refund, I high suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team directly as they can further assist you with this matter. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
